One day on a broadcast stage. Years of five-figure bookings.
A complete documentary system for speakers charging $1,000 to $5,000 who are ready to command $10,000 and up. Directed by Emmy Award winner Max Partain.
The ceiling on your fee is your footage.
You deliver a keynote that moves a room. The evidence that survives is a shaky phone clip from the back row, a hotel ballroom with washed-out lighting, and audio captured from thirty feet away.
An event planner paying $10,000 needs proof they can defend to their boss. They watch your reel, they watch the reel of the speaker who filmed on a broadcast stage, and they book the one who already looks like the keynote. Your talent already justifies the higher fee. Your footage has to catch up to it.
Speaker Reel Day closes that gap in one production cycle. The stage, the crew, the audience, the direction, and the edit are all handled by one filmmaker whose entire job is making buyers say yes to you.
Every quarter at your current fee costs you the difference. The reel is the single asset a buyer uses to justify the number.
“A speaker reel is a tiny documentary about you. So I build it the way a documentarian would: find the story, direct the performance, earn the goosebumps.”Max Partain · Emmy Award-Winning Documentary Filmmaker
Three cities. One production standard.
Each Speaker Reel Day is a full broadcast production built around a small roster of speakers. Every roster moves through the complete documentary process before the cameras ever roll.

Every event fills in order: full speaker positions first, then standby, then audience seats, then the waitlist for the next city. Audience seats put you in the room with the roster, the crew, and the stage a season before your own production. When a city is fully booked, the waitlist carries priority into the next event.
The event is one day. The system is four acts.
Every speaker on the roster moves through the complete documentary process. The stage is where it becomes visible.
Story Extraction™
You finally know what makes you different.
A documentary interview conducted by an Emmy-winning editor trained to find the emotionally load-bearing moment inside hours of human speech. Your exact language is captured verbatim, your credibility is architected for buyers, and every claim is run through the Proof Engine: thesis, evidence, payoff. Most speakers walk out of this session with positioning clarity that outlasts the reel itself.
- Emmy-Winning Story Architecture Session$3,500 value
- Pre-session research and AI prep protocol
- Positioning blueprint and buyer messaging
- Credibility architecture and proof inventory
“I didn't know my brand needed to be set up first before I extract my story. I was all over the place. And now I'm super tunnel focused.”Vikki Lange · Keynote Speaker · Speaker Reel Day Virginia Roster
Speaker Performance System™
You sound like a keynote speaker who commands the room.
Your extraction becomes a custom performable script, written by the same person who will edit your footage. Every line is calibrated to breath, built for the camera, and designed with the cut already in mind. Three directed performance sessions put the script in your body: standing, camera on, full energy, with notes after every run. You arrive at the stage fully memorized and directed.
- Custom keynote reel script$5,000 value
- Executive Speaker Coaching, three sessions$2,000 value
- On-camera media training and blocking
- Memorization system and rehearsal cadence
Broadcast Production™
Footage that says you already headline conferences.
A 42-foot LED wall carrying your Branded Keynote Environment, multi-camera coverage, professional stage lighting, isolated audio, hair and makeup, and a live audience of real prospects and peers. Max directs every performance from the floor in real time. A second videographer captures behind-the-scenes, a photographer works the entire day, and testimonials are filmed in the room while your performance is still fresh.
- Broadcast production day$10,000 value
- Director on the floor$2,500 value
- Branded Keynote Environment on the LED wall
- Headshots, BTS videography, event photography

A real stage. A real audience. A real director.
This footage is impossible to fake, because none of it is fake. The stage is full scale, the audience is real, and the room is run like a film set.
You arrive memorized. Everything else is carried. Hair and makeup is included. Your slot, your look, and your LED graphic were locked weeks earlier. Your only job on the day is delivery.
The room itself is part of the product. Phones away, eyes on the stage, every speaker supporting every other speaker's footage. After each performance, audience members give on-camera testimonials while the next speaker gets mic'd, so your social proof is captured the moment it is most alive.
You spend the full day in a room of speakers investing in their careers at the same level. The relationships formed in that room outlast the footage.

One integrated system replaces all ten. The person who finds your story writes your script. The person who writes your script directs your rehearsals, runs the floor on shoot day, and cuts your footage. Zero translation loss anywhere in the chain, and it shows in every frame. Here is what that system costs when you claim a position.

This number exists because of the footage.
The $6,500 reel is edited from footage captured at Max Partain productions: your Speaker Reel Day, plus any other Max Partain event you film at. Every frame in that vault was directed, lit, and captured with the edit already designed, which is exactly why the price can sit this far under replacement value. A reel built from footage shot anywhere else is a different engagement, with its own process and its own pricing. For that, book a conversation.
Position pricing is set per event and moves in one direction. Chicago holds at $6,500 while positions remain. Each new city is priced when its roster opens.
Speakers hire Max for one reason.
“The reason I hired you is because I knew you would make it like a filmmaker would.”Kelly Swanson · Hall of Fame Keynote Speaker
Joe Delagrave
Booked his highest speaking fee ever and landed his first corporate retreat within 45 days of his reel launching.
Angela Gargano
Two inbound speaking inquiries closed within one week of launching her new reel.
Kevin Surace
Closed a Fortune 500 client through the reel. The footage did the selling before the call started.
Four guarantees. Zero fine print.
Story Guarantee
We move to scripting only when we are both convinced we have uncovered the story worth telling.
Performance Guarantee
If you are still working toward full memorization, we keep coaching until you are ready for the stage.
Editorial Guarantee
Revisions continue until the reel reflects the creative direction we approved together in pre-production.
Delivery Guarantee
Every speaker leaves owning every frame captured of them. Your footage is yours, permanently.
We produce one Speaker Reel Day per quarter, because every speaker on the roster moves through the complete documentary process personally directed by Max. The capacity is the scarcity. When a city is fully booked, it is fully booked.
Before you ask.
I've never performed for cameras. Will I be ready?
What if my city has no event scheduled?
What exactly do I walk away with?
How much time does pre-production take?
What does it cost?
I already have footage from other events. Can you cut that into a reel?
Your next fee is decided in ten seconds.
Chicago positions are open at $6,500, and that number moves in one direction as the roster fills. Prefer to see the gap first? Book the Stop Losing Bookings audit and Max will show you exactly where your current reel is costing you fees.
